EU & UK SHIPPING

​Oeurs provides free DHL economy shipping for Customers within the EU and UK. Customers will receive their orders in 2–7 business days (Monday-Friday delivery). These delivery time frames only apply to addresses within European Union Member Countries and in the United Kingdom. 

​During sale periods we experience a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received based on product availability. If you have any questions please contact our customer support team by emailing info@oeurs.co.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery time frames do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM Spain time will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​Oeurs alsp provides free DHL economy shipping for Customers For international customers. Customers will receive their orders in 5–14 business days (Monday-Friday delivery). 

​Due to Russian Federal Customs Regulations, we are unable to deliver orders to Russia at this time.

​We will provide you with a tracking number for your international purchases.

​Please note that taxes and duties are not included, payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient, to be collected at the time of delivery. Any charges incurred are determined by the customs agency within the selected country and are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for products imported into the recipient's country.

 

Exchange and Returns

EU and UK customers have 10 days from the delivery date to place a return.

ONLY items found to be DEFECTIVE are eligible for return. The item qualifies as defective if it has visible stains, broken straps or buckles, a loose/unhinged heel, or an improperly glued sole.

Slight variations in the colour and texture of the suede and leather are due to the nature of the material and are not counted as defects.

CHANGE OF MIND: We reserve the right to refuse product exchange on the grounds of the customer deciding they no longer want the item. 

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final and do not qualify for a refund.

Any customs charges/taxes and duties are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only be refunding you for the original total amount paid (cost of item + shipping cost calculated on our website).

All orders shipped outside the EU and the UK are final sales as well as sale items marked as final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

​Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if the shoes have not been worn. They must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box with the dust bag included. Please try the footwear on a covered/protected surface, as returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.

  1. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of your return being authorized. 

  2. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within approximately 2 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please note that it may take another day or two before the refund is credited back to your credit card. 

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact customer service at info@oeurs.co.

​With exchanges, To ensure that the item you want is in stock, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

​In the course of returning an item, please indicate that you wish to make an exchange. Please clearly describe the style, colour and size for which you wish to exchange your original order. We will make every effort to satisfy your requests, but please be aware that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we receive your return.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale as well as sale items marked as final sale. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
